So, I am kicking off my breakfast blogging by blogging about someone else's recipe. But not just any person - someone very special indeed.
I am so very pleased to present my entry for this month's Adopt a GF blogger event - Natalie, the Gluten Free Mommy. Natalie was literally my first contact with the gluten free blogging world. When I decided to start blogging about a year ago on my family's experiences with the gfcf diet, I did a search to see what what blogs were already out there. and Natalie's was the first blog listed. Suffice to say, I have not been disappointed since.
And, obviously, neither are the other several hundred readers of her blog!
All of her recipes I have tried have turned out wonderful, and her site is full of great hints and tips.
Oh, and she's the mom of two adorable kids, which she brags about every Monday. And rightly so.
So, what to try? I would loved to have tried the Blueberry Breakfast Bread....oh yeah, already did that one.
What I did decide to try was Natalie's Cranberry Nut Bread, for a few reasons:
- I had some cranberries in the freezer from last Thanksgiving, and this was a perfect recipe to use them.
- This recipe is the perfect kick off for my breakfast blogging.
- It just looked so gosh darn delicious.
Here's how mine turned out:

I have to say this bread was absolutely delicious. But more importantly, the kids thought so too.
Natalie, Happy Mother's Day, and thanks for the great recipe and all the sharing that you do.
This month's event was hosted by Rachel at Wheat Free Meat Free. Be sure to check over there later this week for a round up of this month's adoptions.
The first two events were hosted by Sea at the Book of Yum. Check out the entries for Event#1 and Event #2.
