Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger: Debbie @ Gluten Free Adventures

This month's Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger event was back home with Sea at Book of Yum. And with a record number of adoptees, Sea's roundup is sure to be filled with lots of great bloggers and dishes to try!

Bloggers like Debbie, my adopted blogger of the month, who blogs at Gluten Free Adventures.

Debbie is someone whom I have been following for quite a while now. She live in California with her husband Mike, and she is a terrific resource for gluten free information, especially for those living in that state. Her blog is filled with links to gluten free resources throughout California (conveniently broken up between Northern and Southern California). She also has many restaurant reviews and links to her favorite places to eat. Debbie is extremely active in the California GF community, and has lots of stories about her (GF) adventures at various food fairs and festivals throughout the state.

My favorite of Debbie's GF adventures is Gfree TV, a video show and podcast where Debbie (who is GF) and her husband Mike (who is not GF) review GF products and GF food prepared at California restaurants.

And then there are recipes. Debbie has her recipes neatly broken into categories from snack foods to entrees to beverages. Which makes it easy for me to scroll through and find a recipe to adopt!

For me, it was chicken, and I settled on making Debbie's Grilled Bourbon Glazed Chicken. Turned out to be a good choice.

The glaze comes together quickly, has a lot of flavor, and was perfect with grilled chicken. And I am sure the leftovers will make a perfect lunch for me today!!

If you haven't already, check out Debbie's blog, and don't miss Gfree TV. I think you will enjoy both.

And don't forget to check with Sea over at Book of Yum for the Adopt a GF blogger roundup!!
